This means that once you have reached the point at which you view the contents of your shoppingcart the total cost mentioned there is what you pay, not a penny more. You'll be notified by mail when your package has been shipped, usually in 24 hours.
In case a product is not available we will backorder it for you. You will be informed by mail if your product is not available.

Delivery time and shipping
The total delivery time is the availability and shipping time together, we guarantee 15 business days but usually shipping is much faster.
If you have special wishes like courier shipping we can do this for you but we will charge you the additional costs. Such requests can be done by filling in the additional shipping instructions box in the "Confirm Order" screen. In that case we will mail (and charge) you the additional costs.

Of course we will use special protective materials to ensure a safe transport of your poster.

To find out when your order will arrive, you can check your order status at any time on Partout Posters. You just have to click "My Account" in the
menubar located at the top of any page you visit. After you've logged in to your account you will find a link called "Order Status". Just click it
and you can find out when your order will arrive at your doorstep.

We will confirm the shipment of your order via e-mail the moment it leaves our shop. We do not charge your credit card until we have shipped
your order. To prevent any fraud you will have to sign for receipt the moment your order arrives at your doorstep. This way we know you are the legitimate customer receiving his/her order.

Customs Information
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance your order containing 2 posters will be listed in a way similar to the following example:

Poster value: US$49.99

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must
be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
A shipping charge will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.
